INGREDIENTS
Pepper…………….. milk tin quantity
Tomatoes………..milk tin quantity
Onion…………………2 medium cloves
Maggi…………………two cubes
Palm oil………………three cooking spoons
Salt…………………….to taste
Thyme
Curry
Ugwu/ Efirin vegetable
Turkey…………………..half kilo
Ponmo

METHOD
Season your meat with curry, thyme, salt and maggi
Shred your vegetable
Boil the ponmo to soften it
Simmer your grounded pepper and tomatoes 
Boil the turkey with some onion till soft.
Shred into smaller pieces as desired.
Fry the boiled meat in hot oil.
Add the grounded pepper and tomatoes to the moderately fried meat in the oil
Slice in some onions
Add the ponmo
Add salt to taste
Add curry, thyme and a cube of maggie
Cover and let it cook for five minutes
Add the turkey stock and some water as desired
Simmer till cooked
Stir in you shredded vegetable and steam
Your soup is ready

ALTERNATIVELY
You can boil the seasoned meat or fish meat in the ground pepper at once
Then heat up some oil and add to the boiling mixture before adding other ingredients.
Also, you can use Efirin or Gbagba instead of Ugwu vegetable.
Serve with semovita, pounded yam, rice or pasta.
Your soup will look like the picture therein.
