Ask Me About Good Food

Today I am sharing my idea of a quick fix meal. Now you can have it for breakfast, lunch or dinner. For me, it was lunch. It had to be as I had to be in the studio by 3pm that day and there wasn’t the time to prepare an elaborate lunch. So the idea came…

And then…

And at last…

Yeah. There you have it. Now tell me what class of food isn’t in there? None. Balanced diet. 😜. Lemme tell you how I made it.

WHAT YOU NEED
Baking Flour–2 cups
Yeast–a teaspoonful
Sugar–two tablespoonfuls
Butter–a tablespoonful
Salt–a pinch
Water
Cornflakes (would have told you what brand mais, no free advert)
Milk (powdered or liquid, condensed or evaporated, skimmed or unskimmed)
Thasall.

NOW THE METHOD
Knead flour and butter.
Add sugar and a pinch of salt.
Add yeast (you’re probably in a hurry and there’s no time for the warm water mix so just add it head on and mix some more. Active yeast will work anyways.
Now add water to make a fine dough. A well mixed dough  should leave the sides of the bowl clean.
Cover for ten minutes.
Finger fry in hot vegetable oil.

FOR THE CORNFLAKES
Prepare your milk and sugar base
Add desired amount of cornflakes

That’s it, let’s eat.
P. S. Name this meal when it’s done.
