Today’s delicacy is Fries. Potato Fries. Very easy for o make. Here’s how

INGREDIENTS
Potatoes (sweet or Irish)
Vegetable Oil

METHOD
Peel off potatoe skin
Slice into thin strips
You can slice vertically or horizontally
If you’re slicing vertically, reslice each piece vertically to achieve the thin crispy look
Fry in hot oil till golden brown
Voila! C’est tout!
