Here’s something I made tonight, a product of culinary spontaneity. It turned out like this,
And I did enjoy it. Here’s how you can replicate it.
Fish of choice
Pepper (Scotch Bonnet)
Onion ( a medium sized bulb)
Heat up some water in a casserole
Slice in your onion and bring to a boil
Add the fish (cleaned)
Add curry, thyme, salt and maggi
Add a tablespoonfull of freshly blended Scotch Bonnet pepper
Add a bay leaf or two
Cook for about eight minutes depending on your cooker.
Serve and enjoy
