FLOUR – 1 Cup
SUGAR – 2 Tablespoonfulls
BUTTER/VEG.OIL – 2 Tablespoonfulls/4 Tablespoonfulls
VANILLA FLAVOUR – 1 Teaspoonfull
SALT – A pinch
MILK (POWDERED) – 1 Heaped Tablespoonfull
BAKING POWDER – 1 Teaspoonfull
HALF CUP OF WATER
Cream butter/veg.oil and sugar
In another bowl, mix flour and baking powder
Add a pinch of salt.
In another bowl, mix the milk with a little water (to achieve yoghourt thickness
Add vanilla flavour.
Add all three mixtures together and whip swiftly
Add half a cup of water
Pour in your already prepared baking pan
Note that you have to be fast with the final mixing and baking to avoid setting.
